OUR TEAM
Our dedicated team works day-in and day-out together to bring
our clients the most amazing results for every job.
David Williams
Founder and President
David Williams started Remediation Specialists after growing up in the family waterproofing business and working summers, beginning at the age of 14. David studied Construction at Pepperdine University, and then worked for several large companies out West, including Georgia Pacific. He returned to Winter Park in 2004 to go back to work in the family business at Structural Waterproofing. In 2007, he made the move to establish his own company with Remediation Specialists, which handles building envelope waterproofing as well as the additional services of mold remediation
and water damage restoration.
David founded the company on a few crucial principles – responsiveness, elite level customer service, and providing a solid product at a fair price. He has used these tenets as the building blocks of the business and has developed long-lasting relationships with property and facility owners and managers across the state of Florida.
In his free time, David is an adrenalin junkie – he loves surfing in the tropics and mountain biking anywhere he can get a little bit of a hill or huge boulders.
