On top of that, we treated ~45,000 square feet of raw brick surfaces by applying primer, two full coats of silicone waterproofing, and additional SuperPaint to select façade sections like the loading dock. It wasn’t just a surface-level refresh; it was a top-to-bottom, building-envelope overhaul.
We also addressed four parking decks around the facility. That meant:
- Re-caulking window systems and both vertical and horizontal expansion joints

- 3-part deck coating with aggregate
